Because BestOnDigital.com sells high-quality products, our customers seldom need to return an item. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please follow instructions right away so that we can arrange a return.
Please make sure that you have the RMA number before you return any products to us. Without an RMA number, we won't have a record to indicate we are expecting your return, causing your refund or exchange to be delayed while we research your order. We don't want that to happen — we want you to get your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Instructions to obtain RMA number BestOnDigital.com always tries to make its services as convenient as possible for our customers. It holds true for our return system as well. Instead of filling up tons of forms and calling us to arrange a return of a purchased product (as it happens with other stores), we designed a very easy to use and fast system to once again satisfy your wishes.
Please follow these steps;
- Login into your account using email and password you purchased the product(s) with;
- Click on View My Order History link;
- Select the product you wish to return by clicking View button;
- Click Need to return this product? link of a product you want to return;
- Please select why are you returning the product and leave us a comment so we can improve our services;
After you request your RMA number, you will get an email containing detailed information. From that point, you may track your request by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
How and where do I send my return? After you obtain the RMA number, please carefully package the product, making sure that you include all accessories and manuals that came with the item. If you are returning a product that was ordered as a two-or- more-piece kit, be sure to send us all parts. Write the RMA number on the outside of your package, and then use a trackable shipping method to send the package to:

What else do I need to know about making a return?
- If you are returning product ordered as a two-piece kit, be sure to send us both parts.
- When returning any product item, in order to receive full credit you must also return all accessories (cables, manuals, or CDs) that shipped with it. If any accessories are missing, full price of an item will be deducted from your refund.
- If your product has a modification that is not covered by our limited warranty, we regret that we cannot issue in-store credit.
- To safeguard against abuses of our return policy, BestOnDigital.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 20 percent) at our discretion.
